Pavilion Rental

We
have four pavilions (three small and one large) available for rental for company
picnics, reunions, and other events. You do not need to be a Loyal Oak Member
to rent these pavilions. Discount rates for admission are available when you rent
a shelter.

A is a small shelter, which seats 125. Rental is $50 for members, $75 for non members |

C is a small shelter, which seats 125, Rental is $50 for members, $75 for non members |

D is a large shelter, which seats 300, Rental is $100 for members, $125 for non members

If at the time that the reservation is made and the non member is making the reservation, the non member rate applies.
All deposits for shelters must be paid at the time of booking.
The group rate for 2011 will be $6.00 per person.
